Delete your data
Aixplor has no accounts, so we never hold your name, email or password. The only data we keep is anonymous usage data linked to a random ID created on your device. You can delete it at any time.
How to request deletion
- Step 1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Aixplor data deletion request”.
- Step 2. Tell us whether you used the website or the Android app, and roughly when. Because we hold no names or emails, the quickest way to remove everything is the self-service reset below — it cuts the link between you and all stored usage data immediately.
- Step 3. We delete the matching data within 30 days and reply to confirm.
You can also reset everything yourself instantly: in the Android app go to Settings → Apps → Aixplor → Storage → Clear data (or uninstall the app); on the website clear this site’s data in your browser. This removes your favourites, settings and anonymous ID from your device, and the old ID can no longer be linked to you.
What data is deleted
- Anonymous visit records: day of visit, approximate country/region/city, browser and device type, and the website that referred you.
- Anonymous activity: pages viewed, tools opened and site search terms linked to that random ID.
What is kept, and for how long
- Totals that cannot identify anyone (for example “120 visitors today” or a tool’s total click count) are kept.
- All other anonymous usage data is automatically deleted after about 95 days, even if you never ask.
- Advertising data is handled by Google AdMob/AdSense under Google’s privacy policy. You can reset your advertising ID in your phone’s Google settings.
